LBC Properties charges a non-refundable $35 application fee. This covers the cost of filing and obtaining a credit/eviction notice. This report will be made availible to any applicants after the application process.


One feature that is unique with LBC Properties is that you can pay your monthly payment using our online payment feature. This method allows you to be sure you are never charged a late fee due to slow mail services.
When completing the lease agreement, please indicate if you wish to use the online payment option. Please note that there is a 3% additional charge in using this service.
